A NURSERY RHYME

Talking ‘bout this

And talking ‘bout that

‘Bout how horse dead

And how cow fat

And hey diddle diddle

And cats on fiddles

And cow jump over moon…

And how the damned dogs laughed

When I was on my ass

And couldn’t get up too soon…

And the dish ran away

Because it was afraid

Of the abrasion of my children’s fingers

Tell me this

And tell me that

‘bout how horse dead

And how cow fat

But understand one thing…

All the king’s men

Will not be able

To fix the table

When Humpty Dumpty falls…

And they will seek a place to hide

From the abrasion…

Of my children’s fingers
